14 months old and 3 weeks

Chloe's grandparents and great grandma came to visit this week and it has been a busy, but fun week. This past weekend we had two birthday parties. One of them was for her friend Audrey and she had her birthday at Victoria's Garden (a pumpkin patch/petting zoo/fun place). Here are a few pictures from Chloe at the party-riding a pony and posing with the pumpkins.

We went to Julian one day with Grandma, Grandpa, and Great Grandma, had lunch, did some shopping, and enjoyed some famous apple pie. (Here's a picture from Julian). Another day we went to La Jolla (pictured) to sea the seals, enjoy the ocean breeze, and do some more shopping. Chloe has been enjoying the extra attention from her grandparents because she loves to entertain everyone.

It has been very warm here this week! I am guessing it will be warm for a few more weeks here so I have been working on a Halloween costume that Chloe can wear for her daytime parties (she has 3-4 parties to go to). She will be a ladybug for her night time costume because Matt wants to take her trick or treating, but for the daytime she will be Pebbles Flinstone. I am attempting to make her outfit to resemble something like this picture:
So I just bought a pattern to sew a green top. I bought green fabric and cut out a triangular stamp and used black fabric paint to make spots on the top. I think she has a pair of shorts that she can use as bottoms. I am going to put Chloe's hair up in a pony tail and I bought a small dog bone and hot glued it to a rubber band for her hair. And I bought her a little toy dinosaur. Hopefully it turns out cute!

Glad you had a fun visit with grandparents. I'm sure her Halloween costumes will be cute!! Has she gotten a haircut recently? It looks a little shorter.
