13 months and 2 weeks

Chloe loves the cat. She chases her around the house, pets her,tries to go under our bed to find her, and points to her and says "kitty meow". The cat is a good sport and is very good with Chloe. Alissa was over last week and she and Chloe love the ducky that sings the chicken dance so here they are trying to do the chicken dance (I took a video that I will post soon). Now Chloe loves the singing duck. Her other favorite activity to do this week is playing with her ball. She bounces it, throws it, and runs after it. Yes, she is running now. She is a fast little girl with no fear. She also loves to climb on anything. She is working on going down the stairs backwards. Chloe has learned how to blow kisses-it is the cutest thing (another video I have to post).

We had a fun week going to our stroller exercise class in the mornings, going to My Kids Clubhouse to play, the Playhouse Cafe to play(I am a big fan of the indoor play structures when the weather is as hot as it is here), swimming, and today we got to go to a tie-dye party to make our own t-shirts.

I have been finished breastfeeding for about 2 weeks now! It is something I am glad I did for Chloe but I am glad to be done. She is sleeping better at night, with the exception of the nights where she is teething. She is working on her 4th bottom molar...I have lost count on the number of teeth now. I think she has 10 going on 11. The molars are causing her a lot of pain.

I am excited about the fall because we have signed up for classes 6 days a week. Chloe has graduated out of the infant classes so now she will be in the next age level for most of her classes. It is important to me to get out of the house at least once a day for both of us to socialize so that is why I love going to classes. We are continuing our M/W Mommy and Me at the local college, and our other Mommy and Me is on Thursday. To fill in the rest of the days I signed up for Tues Diaper Daredevils (a gymnastics class), a Fri Babies Boogie (a music class), and a Sat Baby Sign Language that Matt will also be able to attend. We have a lot to look forward to as well as some visitors from Rochester. My brother will be coming out to visit in a few weeks and Matt's parents and grandmother will be coming at the end of September.
